Pelagio Filipe

Co-Founder/Managing Director

A citizen of the world, Pelagio is a creative and innovative business investor with solid international and local leadership experience across different B2B and B2C sectors with a proven track record of success. Progressively, these experiences led to the creation of the FSL Group in 2008.

Since co-founding the group, Pelagio has successfully identified, developed and expanded a number of business opportunities. The Group has concluded multi-regional agreements in excess of US$1 billion worth of contracts in the energy and related sectors.

Great logical intelligence, with evident creative capacity, but equally analytical with a focus on the strategic design of solutions aimed at achieving the established objectives. With multidisciplinary intervention, capable of defining, evaluating and implementing operational, realistic and result-oriented processes.

A dealmaker, Pelagio holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona with stops in New York, Shanghai, Munich and Silicon Valley.

Our other founding members have over twenty years of active experience in the energy sector. From strong leadership in compliance, finance, negotiation, general management to acquiring, negotiating and closing multi-billion dollar deals. We firmly believe that we create the dream team.
